The main content of the website is divided into four sections: (1) Top Menu Area, (2) Left Function Area, (3) Main Content Area, (4) Bottom Related Links Area.
The Access Key settings for this website are as follows:

Alt+L: Left Function Area — this area contains the sub-menu or related links.
Alt+C: Main Content Area — this section displays the primary content and information of the webpage.
